With over 15 years of international and domestic sales and operations management, product management and marketing experience, Ryan Blasko has built a solid reputation based on servant leadership. He has a passion for helping others succeed in business, but more importantly, in life.

 

Working in executive leadership roles at major corporations like Cintas, Boston Scientific and Cardiovascular Systems Inc., as well as with private equity owned companies, has kept him in demand as a leading management consultant across all industry verticals.

As our Operational Consultant, Ryan plays a significant role in ensuring the optimal performance of overall operations for the companies we acquire. He is in charge of driving operational excellence, client engagement, project management, and maintaining strong industry knowledge. By staying on top of these key business components, Ryan helps us solve any operational challenges to create growth and resilience.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time giving back as an active member of Granger Community Church, The Alzheimer’s Association and Junior Achievement of St. Joseph County.
